Maybe you can help me out. We've been working with Silicon Digital Systems since the beginning of January on a very simple conversion of Great Plains (financials only)to QuickBooks. It has taken us 4-1/2 months to get 2 files to look at and haven't gotten the 3rd which contains the payables side.
Since your experience has been so much better than ours, what have you done differently? I've tried posting negative messages on this message board, I had screaming matches with my contact in Washington and I've tried the "lets work together as a team approach" and nothing has been successful. Communication and delivery has been pathetic. The converted data we get is solid but this project is clearly taking longer than we anticipated.
I know they are a Beijing owned company. How can I get to someone who'll listen and get my project completed?
