We have done this as part of our business of reselling MS Great Plains - migrating to 8.0 would take two separate migrations - one to 6.0 and then one to 8.0.
IM is actually three separate products -
Integration Assistant for Excel
Integration Manager for Financials
Integration Manager for Distribution
IA is 2500 for GP Pro or $1250 for GP Standard
IM modules are $3000 each for GP Pro or $5000 as a bundle
IM Modules for GP Standard are $1500 each.
