I have downloaded the trial version of Simply Pro and I have spent a few days playing around with it. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get a specific questions answered and all help is appreciated. I am a manufacturer with many products and each product has its own commission rate payable to my salespeople. I would like to know what the procedure is to: set up a salesperson as opposed to an employee; how to go into the product set up parameter and link a specific rate of commission to this product. My need in this case is to be able to pull a sales commission payable report based on invoices issued whereby each invoice may have many of these products and therefore many different commissions.
