Hi ~ I'm responding to your post of 8/31/06. Do you still need availability of v.12 DacEasy to re-boot? Maybe you can also help me - I've been unable to journalize a month in Cash Transactions PAYMENTS due to several items coming up without ANY transaction number associated with them. As such, I can't bring them back up to delete them.
DacEasy won't help unless I upgrade to v.14, which I would like to do, but resent the fact that they're holding me hostage by telling support for v.12 (even paid by the hour) is not available UNLESS I upgrade first.
