I do not have the manual anymore, and I have been trying to make a new chart of accounts. Cannot figure how to enter the beginning balance of an account. Am only comcerned with the bank account-operating and the Sales Tax carried over from previous year. Cannot use my previous year data/chart of accounts as I am changing from a corporation to Schedule C reporting. So am making a complete new Chart of accounts.. When you enter a new General Ledge account, there is a field to enter the beginning balance, but the program does not allow entry. Will appreciate any help with this matter. Thanking you very much.
