Does anyone have any experience with the importing utility contained within QuickBooks? I am looking to figure out how the import utility works as far as updating the employee list. I could envision a nightly/weekly import to quickbooks from our HRMS system for changed employee information. I would like to know how the import function looks up employees to determine if it is a new employee (add a record) or if the employee already exists on the list (update a record)(ie what is the key for the look up?).
