Since the DOS product is no longer sold or supported by Sage, your best bet is to get a customized form is to upgrade to the windows version. In the windows version, you can program the check as needed, since it is created in Crystal Reports.
Also, you may want to check with a company called Wellspring Software, www.wellspringsoftware.com.
They have a program that integrates with both the DOS and Windows version of Accpac that creates checks and many other forms in a customized manner.
