Hello,

 

I am attempting to troubleshoot an existing error in Accpac Plus Fixed Assets.  When I attempt to access and process my year end process under periodic processing I get the following error message

 

Cannot read from or write to the logical printer resource file

User file problem.

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
