I recall working with ACCPAC to get some data out of the system a while back for a client. If they are using betrieve you'll want to do a search on the server for any files that end in .ddf, this should be the location of the files you need to connect via ODBC. I believe that there was one other trick and that was you needed to activate a Pervasive service on the server. I just opened up the services window while at the console of the server and started the service. There were just a couple services with the name Betrieve or Pervasive in the description. I also remember that nothing I did was straightforward or documented and I just sort of felt my way through the process. Also, I think ACCPAC's support line was less than helpful because they didn't technically support accessing their data via ODBC.
