Try http://support.us.sage.com/sagetalk/ -- that is as close to an active user group online as you'll find.
You could also get rid of the ghost user by going into the SY0CTL.SOA file through DATA FILE DISPLAY AND MAINTENANCE and deleting the Txx that is erroneously in there. BACKUP YOUR SY0CTL file FIRST - CHANGING ANYTHING IN THERE CAN MAKE YOUR WHOLE MAS90 NOT STARTUP. BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP before exploring.
