You should be able to get rid of ghost users by rebooting the server. I have found that having everyone exit their workstations will suffice sometimes, and you don't have to wait until the off hours. If these do not work you have to go into the sy0ctl file and I would recommend that you get a MAS 90 tech to do that. Always make a backup copy of the file you are working on.
