I had used Peachtree V5 a while back because I was taking a course at college. It was also an educational version, however, I never found anything that I couldn't do. Even our instructor said she thought it was a full version because she was able to set up and run different companies. I'm now using V7 and it is the full blown version but I don't see any difference between this and V5. Not saying that you won't run into something later on but I never did and mine was also an educational version. Be happy with it. I'm sure it was a lot cheaper than purchasing it at Office Depot or somewhere.
My V5 was only about $70.00 at the college bookstore and it even had a really thick manual with it.
