Can I re-enter Quickbooks entire file without re-typing the transactions? I've been using Quickbooks for about 4-5yrs and found that I understand how to use it much more efficiently and would like to clean up my existing Quickbooks file to help it run faster. Like... getting rid of 'inactive- accounts, items, customers, vendors', unnecessary text on transactions..... Is it possible to export account balances & history; without the personal note people attach to transactions? Does someone have any sort of advice about cleaning up the file? If I keep going at this rate I'm afraid my Quickbooks file will be too big to conveniently perform a quick search. I have a feeling Quickbooks if going to deal with this issue soon anyway because I can be the only one.
