Apart from a fatal flaw (embarrassing enough):
tried to get phone support - gave up after 42 minutes
left email messages - no response
tried online chat - their server lost connection every 3 minutes and started a new "support" session.
If this is the best Intuit can do, I want to have my money back.
A product that SHITTY should ne be on the market!
