I am an assistant controller in the process of selecting a software package for my midsize company. A main feature we are looking for is the ability to use department codes for each GL account. I want to avoid the tedious manual process associated with Great Plains where I have to add a .1, .2, .3 etc... to each and every account item. Does anyone know if AccPac has the capability to establish departments at the top level and apply to all accounts with such manual input? Thanks in advance,
