Web site interface: customers can check your inventory levels and the status of their orders or open invoices. Document / image archiving: link JPG, PDF, Word, Excel files and web links to records within ASSIST. Use it to store pictures of your items, certificate of conformance documents, testing documents or signed delivery documents. These can then be called up within your browser. No more leaving your desk to go to the filing cabinet.
System Alerts: Ultra-backoffice communications. This feature allows ASSIST 2K to notify users / customers / vendors when certain inter-application events occur. Such as if a sales order does not ship then notify the salesperson, changing the production order will notify the purchasing agent and so forth. Alerts are sent via e-mail or faxing.
Conversion: RLA provides complete data conversion for ACCPAC, Add+on, Armour, Basic, Basis, Best Software, Cimpro, DataFlex, Facts, Fastpac, Great Plains, IDOL, Logicraft, Macola, MAI Basic Four, MAS200, MAS90, Navision, OpenBasic, Open Systems (OSAS), Peachtree, Prophet 21, Providex, Quickbooks, Solomon, Thoroughbred, Traverse and most other data bases.
EDI: send and receive documents electronically (with 3rd party EDI software).
Integrated quotations: enter quotations and easily convert them into sales orders.
Kitting: automatically handles kit components when you enter the kit line item on a sales order.
Automated confirmation of shipments: let your 3rd party shipping manifest system automatically enter freight charges and confirm shipped-as-is sales orders. Eliminates unnecessary front office data entry.
Desktop faxing of documents: working with 3rd party faxing software, you can fax forms directly from your computer.

Integrated sourcing: track your vendors' quotes to you, and easily convert them to purchase orders.
Purchase processing: manage your outside processing through the Purchasing system.
Purchase order automation: automatically create purchase orders from your stock replenishment report.
