Overview ------------------------------------------- ThinMind is an integrated administrative tracking solution that allows employees / contractors to enter and work issues from anywhere, at anytime.
Utilize the product suite, or select only the modules you need, to enter issues for clients / departments and projects on a single screen. Enter issues and updates as frequently as needed and view the history of each entry used to resolve items. Sort, group, or search for issues within the system. Also use predefined filters to work issue queues. As resources are assigned to resolve issues, enable employees / contractors to track their time as well.
