The Property Manager

The Property Manager is a full-featured, expandable property management system built on top of a relational database (Superbase). We provide all the features you would expect; tenant tracking, building tracking, labor tracking, vendor tracking, payables, receivables, bank account management, automated rent collection, accounting, purchase orders, budgeting, contact management/screening, reports, queries. We also have an extensive export capability and a complete query generator. We interface with Microsoft Word, or Wordperfect, and Microsoft Excel, in order to take advantage of the capabilities of these products for several of our features (such as form generation).

In addition to all this "usual stuff", we provide a networking capability that literally no other property management software package can match let alone surpass. Our peer to peer client server architecture provides the most powerful and flexible network facility to be found. You can implement a fully distributed database across the internet using ordinary workstations - no dedicated server and server operating system is required - and all users can work as if all data was local or on the LAN.

Our Developer Edition provides the IT manager with the capability to develop and add code modules to our system, modify our forms, and modify program flow, with our support.

The Property Manager compares favorably with all major property management software products except in the area of networking, where The Property Manager literally has no competition.
