This centralized payment hub interfaces with any accounting or ERP system and may be used to securely automate and process all corporate payments. This includes ACH electronic payments, Virtual Card Number Credit Payments, Wire Transfers and Laser Printed Checks. Featuring:

In today’s uncertain banking marketplace, most companies have relationships with multiple financial institutions. It is very common to use different banks for Checks, ACH and Wire transfers.

SecurePay Plus™ 2.0 provides one central point to securely connect to all of your banks eliminating the need to log on to separate bank web sites to process different payment transactions. Centralized bank connectivity also allows positive pay files to be uploaded automatically upon check runs.

Numerous Accounting Systems and ERP systems contain applications to make check or electronic payments. While these systems are excellent General Ledger management tools, they are not fully integrated payable systems.

As a financial professional the last thing you want to be burdened with is your risk for fraudulent payments clearing your banks. In many cases the security measures contained within a GL accounting system can not mitigate your risk for fraud nor can a GL system connect securely to your financial institution.

Once payments are made, separate steps and processes must be developed to allow a company to inform its bank or its vendors that payments are ready to be processed or that payments have been made.

SecurePayPlus™ 2.0 provides one central source for connecting to the bank and also to vendors. The software automatically generates email notifications for the payments being made simplifying your processes and providing significantly more efficiency. Emails may be sent directly to customers on a payment by payment basis or the emails may link to our proprietary A/PWebView™, which allows vendors to see a complete overview of all payments that have been made to them for 45 days to 13 months.


Credit based payment options based on Virtual Card technologies.

OnPay Solutions™ has partnered with ComData to offer our customers the ability to pay its vendors using their same Accounts Payable process while using a credit line. When a vendor chooses to be paid via a card account, the SecurePayPlus™ automatically connects to ComData which generates a unique one – time use card number and securely delivers this number to the vendor and back to SecurePayPlus™. The unique card number is good for a limited time and is limited to the dollar amount of the invoice being paid.


Unified Reporting

A unique advantage of the streamlining of a company’s payment processes using SecurePay Plus™ 2.0 can be demonstrated when looking at reports available for viewing daily cash flow. Using SecurePayPlus™ companies have a full view of their payables on a daily basis with manipulation and/or analyst assistance. Customers using SecurePayPlus™ eliminate the need to have reports “pulled out” of a bank’s (or banks’) or other types of payment system(s).
