Purchasing Management eXtra

Purchasing Management eXtra is an end-to-end procurement system that opertes in a purely paperless mode. The software can be used as a stand-alone system, or it can be easily integrated with other systems to become an integral part of the work environment. Its modular design lets customers start with the modules they need now and add more when they are ready. Customers can also start with a single user or small multi-user license and later upgrade. The modules include: Requisitions, Request for Quotations, Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, Accounts Payable and E-mail Interface. Purchasing Management eXtra is available in both Express and Sequal Versions and has Web-enabled capability. The SQL Version requires Microsoft SQL Server or higher be installed on your file server. The Express Version uses File/Server technology and does not require additional database software.
