MARS for Dynamics GP 10.0

MARS is an acronym for Material and Assembly Requirements Scheduling. This is an add-on module for the Microsoft Business Solutions Dynamics GP product line. The MARS Module enhances your accounting software with an MRP reporting capability that supports your manufacturing, purchasing and scheduling needs.

MARS integrates directly with the Inventory Management module in Dynamics GP. The Manufacturing module is not required.

MARS reports tell you how much raw material you need to buy and when in an easy-to-read time-phased columnar format. MARS auto generates purchase orders and creates supplier release schedules. You can edit and print the POs within Dynamics GP.

Using the advantages of the graphical user interface (GUI) of Microsoft Project 2007, MARS exports data to MS Project to produce daily production schedules from labor information defined in the bills-of-material or routing records of assemblies.

Developed in Dexterity, C# and Visual Studio .NET, MARS is an ideal reporting tool for the automotive, food processing, chemical processing, and other manufacturing businesses driven by a make-to-order or finish-to-order environment. MARS distinguishes itself from other MRP solutions by using data from the following core financial modules in Dynamics GP: Sales Order Processing (SOP), Inventory Management (IM), Bills-of-Material (BOM), Purchase Order Processing (POP).
