Ken Garen, President of UBCC, cordially invites you to attend UBCC's 2008 CLIENT CONFERENCE - SEPTEMBER 24 – 26.

In addition to learning more about UBCC's Write-Up and Payroll technology, there will be accounting professionals in attendance, representing firms from across the United States. You are welcome to interview these professionals, join in on the educational and informational sessions, and participate in hosted and social events during your stay. Ken welcomes your presence.

UBCC has negotiated a special room rate of $200 per night, at the highest rated resort on Martha's Vineyard, The Winnetu, with the cut-off for this pricing ending on June 16th.

There will be a Genuine New England Clambake on Wednesday evening, September 24th, hosted by MIKE RYAN & PRINT MANAGEMENT PARTNERS.

2008 marks the 25th year anniversary for Print Management Partners and UBCC. In celebration of this successful longstanding business relationship, Mike Ryan is hosting an authentic New England Clambake at the UBCC Client Conference at Martha's Vineyard. In appreciation for working together all these years Mike would like to extend a special invitation to the UBCC staff, clients, and their significant others to head down to the beach for clam chowder, steamers, mussels, lobster, chicken, steaks, corn on the cob, strawberry shortcake, wine, beer, and "Make your own Smores".

The Winnetu is a small resort that caters to groups the size of the UBCC Client conference. In addition fall on Martha's Vineyard is their prime season! We anticipate that UBCC clients will occupy almost the entire property. All of this promises to make this year's Client Conference truly special.

However, because of their smaller size, this resort requires an earlier reservation cut-off than we have had in previous years. We only have two more weeks left at our negotiated special room rate of $200/night ($250 on Friday and Saturday). That rate is good for reservations made on or before June 16th. After that, rooms will revert to normal pricing of more than double our special rate and will be on a space available basis only.

We have prepared registration forms with all of the details. Go to the UBCC website at the following link or simply log in normally as you would for any updates. Then click on the Client Conference folder. (We are also happy to email the forms directly to anyone requesting it.)
