Autism Speaks Selects Kintera to Power Signature Fundraising and Awareness Events

Nonprofit to Use Kintera's Powerful, Integrated Fundraising Technology System

(NASDAQ: KNTA - News) today announced that Autism Speaks, a nonprofit dedicated to increasing awareness of autism and funding autism research, has selected Kintera’s technology platform to power its signature fundraising and awareness events, including Walk Now for Autism, the nation’s largest grassroots autism walk program.

Autism Speaks merged with three of the nation’s leading autism advocacy organizations to bring one strong voice to the autism community, as well as support a host of cutting-edge programs for research, treatment and family services. The organization needed a powerful, flexible technology platform to manage and support more than 100 fundraising events taking place in communities across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
