BearingPoint and Oracle Launch Solution to Streamline Employee ''On-Boarding'' and ''Off-Boarding''

MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BearingPoint, Inc. (NYSE: BE - News), one of the world's largest management and technology consulting firms, and Oracle today announced the availability of a new solution to better automate and streamline employee "on-boarding" and "off-boarding" for large organizations.

BearingPoint has leveraged its long-standing relationship with Oracle and experience in Business Process Management, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Human Capital Management (HCM) to design and develop the solution, which will help streamline the process of integrating a new hire from job offer to orientation to his/her engagement with job goals and performance objectives.

Available from BearingPoint (visit www.bearingpoint.com/hr), the solution aligns with an array of business systems including HRMS/Talent Management, payroll, finance, IT, facilities management, security and procurement, helping companies save time and resources throughout the on-boarding process.
