Blue Link Elite enhances functionality for the distribution industry

Version 11 adds capabilities normally only found in high-end ERP products

Concord, Ontario, Canada - Tuesday, April 18, 2006 - Blue Link Associates Limited, a market leader in business and accounting software for the wholesale/distribution industry, is pleased to announce the launch of Version 11 of Blue Link Elite business and accounting software that addresses the specific needs of importers, wholesalers and distributors in the food and apparel industries.

The addition of functionality that enables businesses to improve efficiency and productivity is a key focus of this release. The most important enhancements include:

A Quick Find Toolbar.
A product matrix - whenever the inventory includes similar parts that vary only on one or two elements (example: colour and size for the apparel industry), this matrix simplifies and automates the creation and integration into Sales, Quotes and Purchasing on one screen.
Enhanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - this module upgrades the original Contact Manager by providing "lead opportunity management tools" to the distributor. Integration directly into the business and accounting software processes dramatically enhances the sales capability of the distributor and maximizes the management of business development opportunities.
This new release enables Blue Link Elite to compete on the same stage as some the largest ERP systems, but with the functionality and value that cannot be matched.
