MYOB US, Inc. Adopts Protocall Technologies' On-Demand Delivery System for Software Distribution

COMMACK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 7, 2005--MYOB(R) US, Inc., developers of award-winning accounting
solutions for Mac and Windows platforms for over 15 years, has signed an agreement to distribute its products via
Protocall Technologies, Inc.'s (OTC BB: PCLI) on-demand electronic software delivery system, Protocall announced
today. Protocall is the innovator of electronic digital content delivery systems for the retail marketplace.

MYOB is the award-winning publisher of small business accounting and management software, including
BusinessEssentials, AccountEdge and First Edge. MYOB US is a subsidiary of MYOB Limited, a public company
listed on the Australian Stock Exchange that provides software services and support to over 500,000 businesses and
10,000 accounting practices worldwide. The company joins over 250 other software publishers who have engaged with
Protocall Technologies to expand the distribution channels for their products in the retail marketplace.

Protocall's proprietary electronic digital content delivery technology currently offers a library of over 1,200 software
titles. The system was deployed by CompUSA in 25 stores in three major market regions in 2004. It is also the engine
behind the new online Software Solutions Center at www.tigerdirect.com, giving the Top 25 Web retailer a real-time
on-demand software production capability for its online order fulfillment operation. By establishing an as-needed
manufacturing capability for TigerDirect, Protocall enables the company to offer 24-hour shipment for software orders.

"Protocall's on-demand system creates significant opportunity to expand the distribution of our small business
accounting and management software products and makes it much easier for retail customers to find titles that may
not be available on the shelf," said Cynthia Mackewicz, MYOB US General Manager.

"MYOB recognizes the benefits that on-demand delivery can bring to consumers as well as retailers," said Syd Dufton,
VP of Channel Sales & Marketing for Protocall. "It's a way of ensuring that the products are available when, where
and how customers want them."
