Data-Basics to Hold 2005 Best Practices Seminar and User's Group Meeting in September
CLEVELAND,Ohio—June 28, 2005—Data-Basics, a leading provider of enterprise software for the service, construction and facilities industries, is slated to hold its 2005 SAM Pro Enterprise Best Practices and User's Group Meeting from September 11-13, 2005 in Cleveland, Ohio. The annual event is open to all companies currently using SAM Pro Enterprise or other Data-Basics software products.
This focus of this year's seminar will be implementing best practices for firms that use SAM Pro Enterprise. These practices include maximizing software tools in managing daily tasks, implementing wireless technician devices to reduce back office overhead and utilizing SAM Pro Enterprise’s Escalation Manager technology to track and minimize potential problems. The seminar will also include a preview of the next version of SAM Pro Enterprise, version 7.0.
"For current users, the event is essential not only to improve their understanding of the software, but for relaying to us how they use SAM Pro every day," according to Art Divell, Data-Basics' CEO. "It's three days of information and collaboration with one goal: maximizing the return on investment that each company has made in SAM Pro Enterprise."
The seminar will feature multiple session tracks to facilitate small but diverse groups. Each group will benefit from the opportunity to exchange knowledge with a wide range of users in industries that include service and construction, equipment sales and distribution, facilities management and national accounts. Companies will also be able to network with one another, providing valuable opportunities to exchange ideas and build relationships.
This year's seminar also coincides with Data-Basics’ annual corporate picnic and golf outing, taking place on Sunday, September 11. Interested users can register and obtain additional information at www.databasics.com or by calling 1-800-837-7574.
