ACS To Launch MANAGEMENT Plus V5

MANAGEMENT Plus V5 includes several new features, including:

• Enhanced interfaces with Microsoft Word and Excel allow grids to be quickly exported for use outside of MANAGEMENT Plus
• Robust filters for tenant waiting lists allow property managers to sift through hundreds of candidates according to specialized, customizable data
• A new BUDGET Plus option enables each separate site within a property management company to enter vouchers and maintain its own budget, working standalone or integrated with QuickBooks and Great Plains
• Powerful integration with QuickBooks allows property managers to combine MANAGEMENT Plus with QuickBook’s accounts payable and bank reconciliation, in addition to the general ledger
• HOME, Bond and Tax Credit programs become stackable items, able to be combined and recorded centrally for an entire property
