Aspen Avanti adds Recruiting/Applicant Tracking

Calgary, AB, March 1, 2004 — Aspen Avanti Inc. (Private) today announced the immediate availability of their Recruiting/Applicant Tracking module, the latest member of the Avanti integrated Payroll and Human Resource Management System (HRMS).

Avanti's Applicant Tracking Module allows Avanti clients to integrate their recruiting processes into Avanti's powerful HRMS suite. Applicant data can be collected electronically and tracked and analyzed within the Avanti HRMS. Data contained in the system can be reported using Avanti's powerful and easy to use report writer. Applicants selected for employment can be easily hired without requiring any duplicate keying.

In addition to Recruiting/Applicant Tracking, Aspen Avanti's HRMS suite consists of fully integrated software modules for Canadian Payroll, Human Resource Management, Benefits Administration, Training & Development, Organization Management, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and Electronic Time Collection.
