American Computer Software Executive to Serve on the National Compliance Professionals Board of Advisors

the leading provider of property management software, today announced that Nicole Levin, director of compliance sales, has been selected as a board member of the National Compliance Professionals Board of Advisors for 2005-2006, a group led by the Housing Credit College, the leading trainer for professionals involved in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program.

Levin frequently serves as a speaker at national tradeshows, conferences, and roundtables, specializing in relationships with property managers tasked with overseeing affordable housing. Hand-selected by the President of the Housing Credit College and Founder of the National Compliance Professional Membership Group, Elizabeth Moreland, Levin’s expertise is often sought-out by editors and tax credit industry professionals.

Levin joined ACS in September of 1998 after working in the property management industry in Seattle, WA. With a background and experience in managing residential properties, Nicole quickly became an integral part of the sales team for MANAGEMENT Plus™, the industry’s most comprehensive Windows-based property management software.
