Axium Expands Management Team

Management positions help strengthen presence in industry

BEAVERTON, OR January 27, 2004 – Axium a leading provider of financial management and business development software for architectural, engineering and project-based firms announced the addition of Scott Gustaff and Sheri Fitts to its management team effective January 1, 2004.

Scott Gustaff was appointed to Sales Manager to maintain and grow the sales of Axium’s Protrax and MarketEdge products. Sheri Fitts has taken the helm of the newly created Marketing Manager position, focusing on creating a more visible presence in the industry as well as building the Axium brand nationally and internationally.

Mr. Gustaff comes to Axium with over 15 years of high-tech sales and business development experience. He has spearheaded a variety of sales channels in North America and Europe. “Axium’s regional account managers have made tremendous inroads into the marketplace in the past year. Their continued focus on client success is at the root of our growth. My job will be to take this team and their message to the next level in terms of enthusiasm and growth."

Ms. Fitts is an award-winning designer and art director, and is frequently asked to speak at national conferences and educational organizations about relevant marketing and sales related issues. Most recently she served as a national sales and marketing manager in the financial services marketplace. Her efforts moved the organization to national prominence and increased market share by 20 percent.

Both roles will report to Cathy Mills, formerly Vice President of Marketing and Communications, who has taken on the position of Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.
