AccTrak21 Releases Version 11.5

AccTrak21’s products are designed with single database architecture and seamlessly integrate for ease of use and business operation consistency. With version 11.5, the CRM module enables the user to consolidate and harness financial and non-financial information about customers, prospects, vendors and contacts. AccTrak21 CRM also allows for the conversion of a prospect to a customer and the recording of sales, financial and other information (including events such as Microsoft Outlook emails, appointments, journals and notes related to a contact or customer). AccTrak21’s OLAP cubes are included in Version 11.5 to provide users with detailed insights into customer, prospect and vendor expectations, patterns, trends and behaviors. The AccTrak21 Practice Management module provides time and billing, the creation and monitoring of engagements, the preparation of timesheets and bills and the ability to track multiple documents in efforts to maximize firm productivity and profitability. Version 11.5 also includes the Document Manager, allowing the user to run the feature outside Accounting & Practice Management. In short, users can conveniently manage documents in one central location, and then view and “check-in” or “check-out” required documents.
