RLA's Assist 2K now includes Canadian Sales Tax and line item Tobacco / Cigarette Tax support

RLA's Assist 2K now supports Canadian GST and PST calculations. Sales tax can now be calculated to satisfy the Canadian taxing laws.

Line item sales taxing allows for tobacco and cigarette distributors to use Assist 2K. The myriad of taxing agencies can now be satisfied with this feature.

These sales tax options are added to the standard U.S. sales tax features. Those features are; the ability to calculate up to 4 different taxing authorities per transaction, the traceability of the transactions and tax reporting features. The line item taxing now expands that to be up to 4 different taxing agencies per line item.

This feature set has been added to the already robust list of features included in Assist 2K. The Canadian sales tax and line item taxing features are available, to all new installations, at no additional charge. Existing users, covered by our upgrade subscription program, can arrange to have the new features added to their current system.
