Leading ERP and HRMS Solution Providers Team Up

Epicor Software Corporation (Nasdaq: EPIC) announced a strategic alliance whereby Epicor will market and distribute the Avanti integrated Payroll and Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to its diverse customer base and to other mid-size businesses in Canada.

Through the alliance, Aspen Avanti Inc. (Avanti) has granted Epicor a non-exclusive license to sell Avanti's HRMS suite. The alliance provides Avanti a new distribution channel for Avanti HRMS: a modular software suite that consists of in-house Payroll, Human Resource, Benefits Administration, Training & Development, Organization Management, Scheduling, Recruiting and Employee Self Service. For Epicor, the alliance provides the opportunity to cross-sell to current Epicor customers a comprehensive HRMS suite that integrates with Epicor's widely respected financial applications and back office suite. In addition, Epicor can now offer a leading HRMS system to the general Canadian mid-sized business market.
