RLA's Assist 2K includes document image archiving at no additional charge
e base package for all new Assist 2K installations. Clients subscribing to RLA's upgrade subscription will also receive the new system.
Document / image archiving allows the linking of JPG, PDF, Word, Excel files and web links to records within ASSIST. Use it to store pictures of your items, certificate of conformance documents to your purchase orders, testing documents to your lot records or signed delivery documents to your open invoices. These can then be called up within your browser. No more leaving your desk to go to the filing cabinet or thumbing through a catalogue.
