AccTrak21 Announces Senior Management Team Appointments

21, the global provider of real-time business management and business intelligence software for small to medium-sized businesses, announces two additions to its senior management team.
AccTrak21 Names Steve Yulga as U.S. CEO
Steve Yulga, formerly Director of Strategic Alliances for AccTrak21, has replaced Wayne Harding as the company’s U.S. CEO. Prior to joining AccTrak21 in early 2003, Yulga was General Manager for Red Wing Software. Yulga brings significant experience in the accounting software market to the role of U.S. CEO, as well as a determination to build AccTrak21’s fully integrated and highly scalable suite of management products to the business software of choice for America’s small to mid-sized businesses.
“I joined AccTrak21 because I believe in our vision and, just as importantly, the ability of the company to achieve that vision,” said Yulga. AccTrak21 is pursuing a very different approach to its big-name competitors. Our competitors have sought to satisfy demand in different market segments by going out and acquiring a disparate group of products. Now, they are finding it to be an extremely difficult process to integrate this wide array of databases and often, incompatible software architectures. I find business partners and end users are frustrated by the lack of scalability and integration offered by the companies that currently maintain a significant marketshare within this industry.”
“AccTrak21 has built a single software architecture, offering a full suite of modules and features, with a high level of scalability, flexibility and the ability to customize to fit the needs of the end user. AccTrak21 software simply grows with the end user and does not require the complete re-training of staff,” Yulga continued.
Adding to its existing core architecture, AccTrak21 has recently released a Practice Management solution, including time and billing, that is fully integrated with the AccTrak21 CRM and financial suite. The end-result is a unique offering to U.S. accounting professionals and is being actively marketed and sold by AccTrak21’s strategic partner, ATX, the Maine-based provider of tax software for accountants ( http://www.atx-inc.com ).
Yulga will secure further strategic alliances in the U.S. for AccTrak21 and build a team to work towards this objective.
Angela Johnson Appointed Director, Strategic Alliances, Australia
AccTrak21 announces the appointment of Angela Johnson as its new head of Strategic Alliances for Australia. Johnson was formerly head of the Navision practice within listed accounting firm aggregator Stockfords, building it from start-up to the largest Navision practice in Australia. Johnson managed the sale of the business to Data#3 in 2002 after Stockford decided to divest non-core divisions.
