EVANS, Ga., June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Litemark, Inc. today announced the completion of its acquisition of Connecticut-based Clarus Corporation's (Nasdaq: CLRS - News) eMarket Software application, comprising substantially all of Clarus' remaining e-commerce assets. Under the terms of the agreement, Litemark assumes ownership of the eMarket product, including the source code and all other intellectual properties surrounding the product.
