The Summit Awards comprise three distinct honors: the Transformation Award, Best Use of an Individual Made2Manage Application, and Best Overall Use of the Made2Manage Enterprise Business System. Made2Manage Systems presented the 2003 Summit Awards to four customers: Admanco Inc., American Tank & Fabricating, Kardex Systems, and Edmund Industrial Optics. The Summit Award recipients were honored last night at the company's annual users conference in downtown Indianapolis.

The Transformation Award

The Transformation Award is typically presented to a new Made2Manage customer that has been able to either reinvent its business or rapidly reach the Made2Manage Time2Value® return on investment phase during the implementation process. The award recognizes the immediate business improvements and revolutionary changes new customers can achieve by implementing the Made2Manage system, such as improved customer service, new revenue sources, production efficiency, time savings and increased sales.

Admanco Incorporated, based in Ripon, Wis., received the 2003 Transformation Award. Admanco is a leading manufacturer of personalized cloth promotional products, including cloth tote bags, heavy-duty duffel bags, suede briefcases, towels, and a select line of insulated Coleman products distributed exclusively by Admanco.

Best Use of an Individual Made2Manage Application

The Best Use of an Individual Made2Manage Application award celebrates specific applications within the Made2Manage product suite and demonstrates the positive impact they have on the business-critical goals of manufacturing operations. Award recipients show significant business improvements as a result of implementing one of the following Made2Manage applications: Enterprise Resource Planning (M2M(TM) ERP), Supply Chain Management (M2M SCM), Customer Relationship Management (M2M CRM), Business Intelligence (M2M BI), Business Collaboration (M2M VIP), or Business-to-Business Enterprise Integration (M2M Link). Kardex Systems, located in Marietta, Ohio, also received the 2003 Best Use of an Individual Made2Manage Application award for the business improvements it achieved using M2M ERP.
