Scalability, Improved User Interface, and More Than 40 Customer-Driven Functionality Enhancements


INDIANAPOLIS and CHICAGO, March 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Made2Manage Systems Inc. The company's latest Field Service release, which documents, tracks and manages a manufacturer's warranty and service efforts, features enhanced usability, performance and Microsoft SQL Server scalability.

Servicing products long after they are shipped out the door is a critical aspect of customer service for small and midsize manufacturers, particularly in industries that build custom-configured or custom-built products.
