November 21, 2002 - Denver, CO – AccTrak21 today announced the release of Version 10 of its online, real time accounting and business intelligence software for small to medium-sized businesses. Version 10 includes the latest addition to AccTrak21’s suite of integrated modules, Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
For a limited time, AccTrak21 is offering free copies of its Version 10 software (valued at $10,000), including the new CRM module, to accounting professionals. Version 10 is Microsoft Windows-based, has hyperlinked online help and includes integrated OLAP (on-line analytical processing) business intelligence tools.
AccTrak21’s CRM module is designed to provide users with the tools to effectively collate, share and analyze vital customer information. Version 10 integrates AccTrak21’s award-winning accounting and business intelligence software with the most commonly used front office tools – Microsoft Word®, Microsoft Excel® and Microsoft Outlook®. This allows businesses to automatically save any written contacts with or information relating to a customer or prospect (email, notes of phone conversation, letter, task, appointment, Excel spreadsheet, etc). AccTrak21 CRM works by first capturing information relating to the user’s customers and prospects. Such information can relate to events, including financial transactions, non-financial transactions and forms of contact (i.e. phone, letter, fax, email, tasks and appointments), and properties or distinguishing characteristics (i.e. nature of customer’s business, industry segment, size, etc.).
