DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 5, 2002-- AMSI, a division of Geac Computer Corporation Limited (TSX:GAC - News), today announced the release of eSite version 4.0, the multifamily on-site operations component of EVOLUTION. More than 500,000 residential units are supported by eSite. This release includes many new features to increase functionality and improve real-time access by managers to their property portfolios. Additionally, eSite 4.0 includes several enhancements in order to fulfill AMSI's commitment to providing "best-of-breed" solutions to the property management industry.

eSite 4.0 integrates with the timesaving features of Blue Moon Software's Internet-enabled lease forms, including the ability to pre-fill default lease information automatically. The seamless integration of eSite 4.0 with Blue Moon's Internet forms improves accuracy and reduces errors by providing automatic data transfers from the application process within eSite to the main lease form at Blue Moon and to other forms making up the lease package. Blue Moon's Internet-enabled forms support many state leases, as well as the National Apartment Association lease form. This integration enhances eSite's users ability to save time and money while providing a legally sound, fair, and complete lease package to their residents.

The property management industry's accounting needs vary greatly from company to company. Small owner/operators require easy to use and inexpensive packages, such as QuickBooks from Intuit, Inc. Property developers may also require certain unique features, such as job costing, from a company like Timberline. eSite 4.0 includes seamless interfaces to both the QuickBooks and Timberline accounting products, building on AMSI's "best-of-breed" philosophy. eSite 4.0 includes several additional enhancements to improve both corporate and property efficiencies. The new Lease Profile, which opens in a pop-up window from transaction entry forms, can allow on-site staff to query all the data pertaining to the resident, including demographics, recurring charges and dates; increasing leasing professional effectiveness. In order to more effectively manage revenue and pricing strategies, eSite 4.0 includes a Daily Pricing Sheet report. This report provides asset managers the information required to effectively price and market their available units.

eSite 4.0 is a component of the EVOLUTION Internet property management tools from AMSI designed to centralize the on-site leasing and management activity, such as entering traffic, preparing applications, collecting rents and distributing property management reports.
