Connectivity with Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Streamlines Time Tracking For The Accounting and Financial Industries
October 30, 2002 – Boston, MA – eGlean, Inc., a developer of time tracking systems for accountants and other financial service professionals, announces the release of Version 1.2 for its popular Professional55 software program. Over a dozen new features have been added to Professional55, each focusing on ease of use, enhanced productivity and revenue generation and connectivity with other popular applications used in the accounting and financial industries.

The new release has several new features to improve the capture of time, including:
· Capture of time spent in Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Reader
· Capture of time recorded as appointments through Microsoft Outlook
· Phone calls are now tracked using the name associated with the number in Outlook
· Emails are tracked by the name of the correspondent.
Additional features make the software integrate seamlessly into workflow. Highlights include:
· Do Not Disturb: when too busy to attribute time to matters, Professional55 can queue activities for management later, when the user has a few minutes
· Macro shortcuts: ability to create brief “shortcuts” to quickly add verbose text without retyping, i.e. typing ‘=RTC’ could instantly generate ‘Reviewed tax documents’
· Post-to-recent: One-click ability to attribute all unassigned time to the last project worked on
· Startup Wizard: professionals using the software for the first time are walked through the initial data collection process with an easy and quick set of questions
· Automatic Update: the software will prompt the user with instructions for new versions as they become available.
