Clarus director bought 841,200 shares-SEC filing

WASHINGTON, Oct 28 (Reuters) - Clarus Corp. (NasdaqNM:CLRS - News) director Warren Kanders on Monday bought 841,200 shares of stock in the software company, a Securities and Exchange Commission filing showed.
Kanders bought the shares at $5.02 each in an open market purchase and now directly holds more than 1.6 million shares, according to the SEC filing.
Shares of the Suwanee, Georgia-based company closed down 1 cent at $4.77 on Nasdaq.
