Coinciding with its 25th year anniversary, accounting software provider Micronetics, Intl. is proud to announce the release of Xpert Write-up for Windows and Xpert Financials version 7.3. Xpert Write-up is a fully integrated 32-bit Windows program which consists of Client Write-up with After the Fact Payroll, integrated Bank Reconciliation, W2/1099 Laser Processing including magnetic media reporting and various State Modules. Xpert Financials includes additional modules for use by small to mid size businesses and includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Sales Order Processing, Inventory, and other business related modules. All Xpert Financials modules seamlessly integrate with Xpert Write-up allowing the transfer of data between the accountants and their business clients using Xpert.

XPert v7.3 offers a host of new data conversion utility programs capable of importing client history from other write-up packages such as Creative Solutions, Datawrite, Tasc, and Unilink. Other upgraded and new features a powerful interface capability for data migration in and out of Xpert Write-up. G/L transactions from accounting systems such as QuickBooks can now be imported into XPert quickly and easily. Tax information can be exported out of XPert into any Income Tax preparation software which allows importing such as Pro Series, Lacerte, Microvision and many others. Other updated integration features include the ability to interface with Microsoft Word for compilation letters and Microsoft Excel for charting and graphics.

General features include the ability to provide up to 26 column Financials covering four years including monthly budgets. Xpert is a date sensitive system, which allows all reports including ledgers, journals and payroll reports to be printed for any date range at any point in time during the year. Journal entry errors may be un-posted, corrected with full audit control, and re-posted providing clean, error free reports. Virtually any type of chart of accounts is accommodated, and up to 9999 schedules may be set up per client providing almost unlimited reporting capability.

The Xpert Write-up system available on any Windows 95/98/NT/ 2000/XP, 486 or higher computer with a minimum of 16 megabytes of ram. Networks supported include all peer-to-peer networks, Novell, Windows NT/2000, OS4000, Unix and Linux. Single user for Xpert Write-up and associated modules is $ 995.00 which includes unlimited free support though January 1, 2004. Network pricing is $ 400.00 per 5 users or $ 100.00 per additional user non-networked. Xpert Financials pricing is available on request.
