The latest version, Connected 4.2, brings significant enhancements to Connecteds reporting, e-mail capability, and Contact management. Ø E-mail Invoices ? Automatically generate PDF copies of invoices, quotes, and orders and e-mail them to you customers and vendors
Ø Navigation Toolbar: Provides customer with a convenient way to change modules and access various screens within the module.
Ø Customer and Vendor Specific Messages and Comments: Allows entry messages to be entered for Customers and Vendors to remind users of specific details relating to a specific entry type. Default comments allows a custom comment to be defined for each customer or vendor that will appear on such forms as Account Invoices and Purchase Orders.
Ø Duplicate User Privileges ? Provides an administrator a quick and easy way to set up multiple users with the same privileges for all modules.
