Clarus Annual Meeting Results Too Close to Call

ATLANTA, May 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Clarus Corporation (Nasdaq: CLRS - News) today announced that the outcome of the election of directors at today's Annual Meeting of Stockholders is too close to call at this time.

Prior to the closing of the polls at the Annual Meeting, all proxy cards received by Clarus were turned over to the independent inspectors of election, Independent Voting Services, who will tabulate the results. It is expected that the preliminary tabulation will be provided to Clarus in one to two weeks. Clarus will publicly announce the final results once they are made available to the Company.
