Deltek Systems Dismisses Andersen, Looks For Replacement
WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- Deltek Systems Inc. (DLTK) dismissed Arthur Andersen LLP after the firm told Deltek it would no longer be able to serve as its independent public accountant.
According to a Form 8-K filed late Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Deltek intends to begin interviewing new accountants for 2002.
The filing didn't give a reason for the dismissal.
The software company reported no disagreements with Andersen on accounting principles or practices.
Andersen had been the company's accountant since 1986, the filing said.
