PowerCerv Names New Chief Financial Officer

Aria Siplin promoted from PowerCerv Chief Accounting Officer to CFO
TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 25, 2001--PowerCerv Corporation (OTCBB:PCRV - news), a Tampa-based provider of enterprise software solutions, today announced the recent appointment of Aria Siplin as Chief Financial Officer. Siplin served most recently as Chief Accounting Officer with PowerCerv.

Siplin brings to her new position more than eight years of corporate accounting and financial experience. Since joining PowerCerv in 1998, Siplin served as Controller and, most recently, as Chief Accounting Officer. She has extensive financial experience gained in part from her tenure with PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP as a financial auditor. Siplin is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Florida A&M University with a bachelor's degree in accounting with high honors and a master's degree in business administration.
