Strategic partnership with Rent History Inc. enables users to report delinquent tenants

COLUMBUS, June 18, 2001 -- Announced at the National Apartment Association conference in Las Vegas last week, RentTracker.com LLC and Rent History Incorporated will be teaming up for the next release of RentTracker software. This version will include new innovative features such as delinquent tenant reporting where a property manager can upload a tenant's rental history to an online database with the click of a button. This database is administered by Rent History Inc. and will allow property managers to screen potential tenants by requesting rental history information.

This new software release is expected to be out before the end of the third quarter and will be available on the RentTracker.com website.
