With Ajera 2.0, completing payroll at the end of a pay period is no longer a daunting task for A/E firms. Ajera’s dashboard empowers firms to manage payroll quickly and efficiently directly from their desktop. Ajera 2.0 provides many benefits including multiple pay rate tables, direct deposit, government reporting, automatic updates to tax tables, and unlimited pay types, deductions and fringes.
Designed for ·exibility and ease of use, Ajera 2.0 provides multiple wage rate tables so pay rates can be de·ned by employee type or activity for specific projects. Hours that employees enter on their timesheets are immediately available in payroll, eliminating duplicate effort. This streamlines the payroll process making it an efficient, cost-effective option for your firm.
Ajera 2.0 also provides an unlimited number of taxes, deductions, fringes and direct deposits. Firms have the option to select which dates are included in payroll, who will be paid, and whether to issue a check or pay by direct deposit. The checks are able to be viewed and edited at any level of detail, enabling firms to make changes in real time and continue processing the payroll without any delay.
